What you receive

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to your personalized Chinese name report. The report is generated based on your quiz answers and delivered digitally within the browser — there is no physical product and no shipping.

We encourage you to view the sample report before purchasing so you understand exactly what is included.

Refund eligibility

Because this is a digital product that is delivered and accessible immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with the name result, change of mind, or personal preference.

We will, however, review requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
• A technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing your report at all

Exceptional requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are reviewed at our sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

Before you purchase

To make sure you are happy with your report, we recommend:

• Reviewing the sample report to see exactly what is included
• Completing all 7 quiz questions carefully — your answers directly shape your name and report content
• Noting that you may retake the quiz as many times as you like before purchasing

Payment disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with your payment provider and provide evidence of delivery and access.

We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please contact us before escalating to your bank or PayPal.
